Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SaaSPartnerNetwork (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the SaaSPartnerNetwork platform at saaspn.com (the “Service”). The Service is a business-to-business tool used by registered agencies.
1. Information we collect
- Account & agency data: the name, email, password (hashed), agency name, website, country, service categories, and billing/contact email provided when an agency or team member registers.
- Lead data: business contact details (name, company, email, phone, country, state/province, city, service requested, source, notes) that agencies enter or submit through their own campaigns/funnels for the purpose of lead sharing.
- Campaign & usage data: campaigns and coverage areas, lead assignments and statuses, deal outcomes, campaign questions & answers, and a derived “Agency Power” trust score computed from your activity.
- Billing & payment records: revenue-split ledger entries, platform fees, invoices we generate, invoice/payment status, and due dates. Card/bank payment details are handled within GoHighLevel and its payment processors — we do not store full payment-instrument details.
- GoHighLevel connection data: when you connect your GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) sub-account, we store OAuth access/refresh tokens, your location and company identifiers, the authorizing user id, and references to your pipelines and products, so we can sync leads and invoices on your behalf.
- Session data: a login/session cookie used to keep you signed in and to secure your account.
2. How we use information
- to provide and operate the Service (accounts, campaigns, territory, lead routing);
- to track revenue-share, generate invoices, collect platform fees, and manage payment status, including suspending accounts with past-due amounts;
- to compute the Agency Power score and related trust signals;
- to send transactional/service emails — for example application status, lead assignments, deal updates, invoices, payment reminders, and suspension notices;
- to secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not buy, rent, or send to purchased email lists. We only email people who have registered for the Service.
3. How information is shared
The core function of the Service is lead sharing between agencies. When a campaign owner assigns a lead to a participating agency, the relevant lead information is made visible to that agency so it can work the lead. Agencies only see leads they own or that are assigned to them. We use the following trusted service providers / sub-processors to operate the platform:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): to sync contacts and opportunities into agencies’ connected accounts and to create and send invoices; payment processing occurs within GoHighLevel and its processors;
- Email delivery: Mailgun (Sinch) for sending transactional emails;
- Hosting & infrastructure for running the application and database.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
4. GoHighLevel integration
If you connect GoHighLevel, we access it only to operate the features you use — creating and updating contacts and opportunities, reading pipelines and products, and creating and sending invoices at your direction. Data you push into your own GoHighLevel account is thereafter also subject to GoHighLevel’s privacy practices. You may disconnect the integration at any time in your settings.
5. Email and opt-out
Service emails are limited to what is necessary to operate your account and activity (including billing and payment reminders). We do not send promotional newsletters. Each agency is responsible for honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests for any outreach it conducts to its own leads.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of integration tokens, and role-based access controls that scope each agency’s data to that agency. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Data retention
We retain account, lead, and billing records for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some billing records may be retained as required by law.
8. International transfers
Our service providers (including GoHighLevel and Mailgun) may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
